How the inverter works: This Matson inverter changes DC power from a battery into conventional AC power that you can use to operate all kinds of devices such as: electric lights, kitchen appliances, microwaves, power tools, TV’s, radios & mobile phones just to name a few.

You connect the inverter to a battery, plug the AC device into the inverter and you will have portable power whenever and however you need it.

The inverter will need to be recharged as the power is drawn out by the inverter, which draws its power from a 12 Volt battery (preferably deep cycle) or several batteries wired in parallel.
