The Process to follow to return a product due to a manufacturing fault is:
First contact us to let us know what the problem is, giving a good description of the problem
If possible supply photo's of the problem
If not possible to supply photo's the product may have to be returned to us so we can determine if it is a manufacturing fault
Once we determined that the fault with the product is due to a manufacturing fault we will supply you with another of the same product or one that is similar if models have changed or stock is not available for some reason.
Postage will be covered by us once we have determeined that the fault is manufacturing related.
For change of mind within the 30 days of purchase.
Please contact us to let us know that you are sending an item back so we know to keep an eye out for it
Please try and return the item in original condition and packaging. If the item is damaged and it is determined that the damage is not from a manufacturing fault or from shipment then a refund may not be possible.
